The Queens Are Ready For Their Close Up – A Full Day of Photoshoots!

Yesterday was one to remember – our incredible UK Galaxy Queens stepped into the spotlight for their official Opening Number and Swimwear photoshoot! 📸✨

Shot by internationally renowned photographer Daniel Gagnon, this year’s official photoshoot captured our queens looking nothing short of spectacular in their dazzling Opening Number dresses. And honestly… we’re completely obsessed with this year’s look!

For 2026, every division will light up the stage in breathtaking red dresses, bringing elegance, confidence, and undeniable star power to the UK Galaxy stage. From the moment they step into the spotlight, our queens are serving glamour, poise, and fierce energy ahead of Saturday’s Grand Finals.

As the Junior divisions don’t take part in the poolside photoshoot, they enjoy their very own individual and group photoshoot in their beautiful Opening Number outfits instead. How adorable do our Pre-Teen and Junior queens, Coral and Natasha, look? We absolutely love seeing their personalities shine through in these gorgeous photos!

After dazzling in their Opening Number photoshoots, our fabulous queens changed into vibrant swimwear for one of the most anticipated moments of the week – the annual Swimsuit Photoshoot! ☀️

The Poolside Glam shoot is always a highlight of Galaxy Week, and this year’s theme took inspiration from the beautiful colours of the Bahamas flag. With bold blues, sunny yellows, striking black accents, and plenty of tropical glamour, our queens absolutely brought the vision to life. We are obsessed with how the colours popped against the stunning backdrop!

From fun poses to fierce fashion moments, the energy throughout the shoot was incredible, and we already know the official photos are going to be spectacular. We seriously can’t wait to see them!
